Contact our technical support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the laser projector in its original flight case and protective foam to prevent optical misalignment during transit.
Shipping & Verification
Ship the unit to our service center using a tracked and insured carrier; our engineers will perform a diagnostic check upon arrival.
Refund Processing
Once the inspection is complete and the hardware is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
