Most Atom series units are hand-assembled and tested to order. Standard lead time is 7-14 business days plus shipping time depending on your global location.
Do you offer international shipping and handle customs?
Yes, we ship worldwide via specialized couriers. While we provide all necessary export documentation, customers are responsible for local import duties and laser safety compliance regulations in their specific country.
What warranty is provided with the Atom series?
All Kvant Atom lasers come with a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering parts and labor. We also offer extended service contracts for high-use touring environments.
Are these lasers compliant with local safety standards?
Our systems are fully compliant with European EN 60825-1 and US FDA/CDRH regulations. Each unit includes required safety features such as interlocks, emission delays, and manual resets.
What control protocols do Kvant Atom Lasers support?
Our lasers are hardware-ready for ILDA, and most models include integrated FB4 controllers supporting DMX, ArtNet, sACN, and PC-based control via Ethernet.
Can I return a laser system if it doesn't meet my needs?
Due to the high-precision nature of our electronics, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened systems. A restocking fee may apply to units that have been powered on or used in a production environment.
